- Avarts helps you understand your Strava data with clear visuals and insights, whether you run, cycle, or lift. It is available as a web app and on the iOS App Store.
Does this app only work for Strava users?
- Avarts uses the Strava API and works exclusively with Strava accounts. All data you see in Avarts is the exact data pulled directly from your Strava profile
Is it safe to log in with my Strava credentials?
- Yes! Login happens through Strava's secure OAuth flow, so your credentials stay safe.
Is Avarts free to use?
- Yes! Avarts is completely free to use. There are no hidden fees or premium features - just sign in with your Strava account and start exploring your data.
Do I need to create an account with Avarts?
- No account creation is needed. Just log in with your Strava credentials via OAuth, and you're all set to explore your data in Avarts.
What are my options to see what the app offeres without logging in?
- You can explore the demo account by clicking the “Demo Account” button on the login page. This lets you try a limited set of features without logging in with your own Strava credentials.
Can I delete my data from Avarts?
- Of course! You can remove your data stored in Avarts database anytime - no hard feelings.
What sports can I view?
- Supports a wide range of sports—running, cycling, swimming, hiking, strength training, and more. Outdoor activities offer the best experience, powered by advanced GPS data and detailed maps.
What is the highlight of the app?
- The heatmap visualization of your activities is a standout feature. It provides a clear, intuitive way to see where you’ve been most active, making it easy to identify your favorite routes and areas.
Are there any features powered by AI?
- Yes. The OpenAI API powers AI-driven activity analysis, generating insights from workout data. The analysis takes into account Strava activity data along with contextual factors such as weather conditions and precise location to provide more accurate and personalized performance insights.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your data is only used to generate your analysis and is not used to train AI models or shared beyond what’s necessary to provide this feature.
Does Strava provide AI-powered analysis to support training?
- Strava offers some AI-powered insights and analysis to help you improve your training. These insights can include performance trends, personalized recommendations, and more, depending on your activity data.
Can I save my favorite activities?
- Yes! You can add up to 10 activities to your favorites and view them on a dedicated page. This makes it easy to revisit your most memorable or important workouts without searching through all your data.
Is there a way to share my activity details with friends?
- Absolutely! Each activity includes options to share its details via your device’s native sharing features, email, or by saving it as a PNG for easy sharing. This makes it simple to showcase your achievements with friends and family.
Why are only up to 200 activities available?
- Currently, Avarts only displays the most recent 200 activities from your Strava account. This limitation comes from the Strava API for hobby projects, which restricts how much data third-party apps can fetch. If you have more than 200 activities, only the latest ones will appear in Avarts.
